Are municipalities developing sports after the decentralization? What is the Lviv oblast budget for this sphere? Which municipalities have failed to allocate means for sports? What is the municipality priority in sports development? What must be the responsibility structure in sports? How has decentralization influenced the sport sphere? All these issues have been covered in the Municipality project at the Pershyi Zakhidnyi (The First Western) channel, being on air for the sixth time.
