According to Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Oleksiy Chernyshov, the Svoii chat-bot has started functioning in 55 municipalities of Ukraine for the purpose of improving cooperation of the local authorities and citizens.

«More than 50 municipalities have already joined the Svoii system, comprising over 3200 users. Thanks to the Svoii chat-bot citizens can communicate with the local authorities and influence their decisions, get consultations on public services and get to know the municipality news via a smart phone», – claimed Oleksiy Chernyshov.
