Decentralisation achievements are obvious but they are very fragile and need enshrining in the Constitution of Ukraine. It is clear for the local self-government bodies but the latter ones fail to demand constitutional amendments, including those initiated via their associations. It was highlighted by Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Vyacheslav Nehoda during the DESPRO DAY project partners forum.
