Decentralisation progress and further steps of the reform promotion were discussed during the meeting of the Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Oleksiy Chernyshov with co-reporters of the PACE monitoring committee Alfred Heer and Birgir Thorarinsson.

The PACE representatives shared their vision of the reform further steps under the Council of Europe standards. The parties discussed the urban development reform, particularly, introduction of the Unified Public E-System in Construction and liquidation of the State Architecture and Construction Inspection.
