A starosta: their duties, powers and opportunities – August, 2-17: online-trainings

To assist the newly appointed starostas in acquiring new knowledge and skills, the OSCE Projects Coordinator in Ukraine will conduct a series of online-trainings in August, covering a wide range of issues from the legal status up to their powers review, the staff issues peculiarities and administrative services provision and notarial actions by starostas.

To participate in the trainings it is necessary to fill in a registration form at https://forms.gle/Wdmv8i9ip1ARbz7W9, where you can choose the topic and find out the date and time of the training.

Each training lasts from 2 up to 4 hours.

The event participation is free of charge.

The trainings are intended for starostas, however, some of them will be interesting for local self-government bodies representatives as well.

It is the first wave of online-trainings taking place on August, 2-17, 2021, with the next wave planned for late October, 2021.
