Methodology for calculating the communal property rent rate: practical aspects
On June, 19 the Methodology for calculating the public property rent rate, confirmed with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 630 as of 28.04.2021, came into force. What has changed in relation to it? Which factors must be considered by local self-government bodies for the purpose of a better management of communal property?
