Village development and money for it: What was highlighted during the discussion «Rural development within the land reform and decentralisation»

The land reform and decentralization delegate a lot of powers to municipalities, however, there are a lot of challenges as well. They were covered during the panel discussion «Rural development within the land reform and decentralisation», preceding the General Meeting of the All-Ukrainian Association of Municipalities.

«I want the Ukrainian village to become happy. Such questions have never been posed, it used to be asked how to make it less unhappy. Currently the Ukrainian village has preconditions for becoming happy, taking into consideration the land reform and decentralisation», - emphasized Oleksandr Kornienko, the head of the subcommittee of the public authorities’ organisation.
