Following the completion of the decentralisation second phase in Ukraine, it is necessary to perform a thorough audit and correct the mistakes and errors. It was emphasized by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi during his address to the Ukraine 30. Decentralisation All-Ukrainian Forum, going on in Kyiv.
«Currently the local self-government reform is one of the most successful ones, having been implemented in Ukraine. It is also one of the longest reforms», – claimed the Head of the state.
