The President has signed the law on the starosta institute development
Today, on July, 29, the President of Ukraine has signed the Law on amending some laws of Ukraine on the starosta institute development (bill №4535).
The bill is known to suggest, prior to nominating a starosta candidate for the municipality council to consider that approves and fires the starosta, conducting public discussions with the residents.
