The U-LEAD with Europe has announced a selection of participants of a new training programme «2021 Steps for Starostas». The programme has been developed especially for municipality starostas and will assist them in efficiently executing their duties under the updated legislation. The training is free of charge and online.

The programme will last seven weeks, starting on September, 27, 2021.
