Ihor Lidovyi is a village head of the Serhiivska municipality, the first one established on the territory of the former Hadyach rayon. It is the second term of office of Ihor Lidovyi. Before that, he was in charge of the rayon education department, worked as the head teacher of the Krasnoznamenska (the name of Serhiivka prio to decommunisation) and Rozbyshivska schools. According to him, even a small municipality can be successful and success will come when there are entrepreneurs in each housekeeping.
