22 women from the town of Voznesensk have been trained at the Women Leadership Academy. This may be the most numerous women team from one municipality. This mass movement was initiated by Tetyana Bobrynichenko, a deputy of the Voznesensk town council, a commissioner on guaranteeing equal rights and opportunities of women and men, preventing and counteracting violence on the gender basis at the executive bodies of the Voznesensk municipality of the Mykolayiv oblast from 2018 till 2020.

«I wanted to inflame women of our municipality via my own activity», – she claims.
