The Coordinator of the OSCE projects in Ukraine announces the third wave of online-trainings for starostas. The trainings will take place from September, 15 to October, 01, 2021. The trainings topics are as follows: the legal status and powers of a starosta, administrative services (including social ones), notarial procedures, state registration of births, deaths and marriages, registration of place of residence.
