On September, 9 the Budget Committee of the Verkhovna Rada signed off the Government Resolution, developed by the MinRegion, defining the procedure and terms of providing subvention for spatial development complex plan and distributing the subvention volume between oblast budgets.

«Developing complex plans of municipality spatial development is an important issue for the newly established municipalities. Subvention for their development will be accrued from the State Budget and distributed between oblast budgets. To get the funding, local self-government bodies have to submit their propositions to oblast state budgets», — claimed Nataliya Kozlovska, Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.
