The third wave of online-trainings for starostas by the OSCE projects Coordinator in Ukraine is starting on September, 15. Participants are over 400 starostas from 12 oblasts, having registered for the studies.
The trainings will cover such issues as the starosta legal status and powers, administrative services (including administrative social ones), notarial procedures, state registration of births, marriages and deaths, registration of the place of residence.
The trainings peculiarity is their interactive format and focus on case analysis, document samples, examples of municipality experience.
