Fulfilling international support projects will facilitate successful decentralisation both nationally and locally. It was emphasized by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal at the official opening of the HOVERLA project.

Kristina A. Kvien, Charge d’Affaires, and Gabriel Abraham, the project head, also participated in the event.
