The OSCE Project Coordinator in Ukraine announces the fourth (last) wave of online trainers for starostas.

The trainings will take place from October, 04 till October, 20, 2021.

The trainings will cover such issues as follows:

• Starostas’ legal status and powers,
• Administrative services (including social administrative ones),
• Notarial procedures,
• Civil status acts state registration,
• Place of residence registration.
