On October, 19, 2021, the Ministry for Digital Transformation of Ukraine and U-LEAD with Europe Programme signed a memorandum on cooperation.

The Parties are planning to:

• Realise the initiative of developing the digital transformation potential locally: to conduct joint research of municipality demand for digital transformation, to hold trainings on digital transformation for municipality representatives.
• Develop online courses on municipality digitalisation at the portal of Diya.Digital education.
• Jointly process the issues of introducing IT, tools and platforms, ensuring citizens’involvement and facilitating public activity transparency at the municipality level.
