The state is a reliable partner for municipalities and the main investor, who is ready to invest in a wide range of local projects of social and economic development. It was emphasized by the Minister of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Oleksiy Chernyshov during the press conference with journalists of oblast and rayon media from oblasts-partners of the USAID DOBRE Programme.

«There is the money. We tell the municipalities: «Construct!». Construct what is necessary for your residents, what is envisaged by the development strategies – oblast and local ones. The state is ready to assist municipalities in implementing development projects», - said Oleksiy Chernyshov.
