For the fourth year in a row, CANactions School and Western NIS Enterprise Fund have been holding the DREAMactions competition of small grants to support municipalities during their transformation  and development via microgrants and educational content.

So, teams of finalist projects had an opportunity to listen to online-lecturers on urban science, strategic planning, architecture, economic development and finances.

One of the lectures was conducted by architect Viktor Zotov. He was informing the competition participants about making urban life more comfortable and safer. The conversation main theses are available in the material.
