The HOVERLA USAID project offers a grant to national or regional non-governmental organisations, functioning in the Lviv, Poltava and Volyn oblasts, for the purpose of facilitating public discussion of the most significant legislation amendments in terms of local self-government.

The first deadline for applications is January, 10, 2022.
