Currently we are facing another stage of the local self-government and decentralization when it is necessary to make challenging decisions: to transform local state administrations, to divide powers and resources, to codify the reform outcomes in the Constitution. At such difficult moments it is important for the voice of the local self-government to be one and powerful. That is why we hope that line all-Ukrainian associations will find consensus on all the issues where it is possible, form one clear stance and stick to it until the necessary amendments to be made.
