The guidebook authors have considered the tool of municipality property rent, taking into account of practical experience of 100 municipalities-partners of the DOBRE Programme.

The presented examples show the differences between various management patterns, depending on the peculiarities of local self-government bodies’ organisation, resource opportunities and municipality needs.

While creating the guidebook, the authors have considered topical law-enforcement practice, questions posed by municipality representatives and typical mistakes, made by experts and local council deputies while exercising their authorities.
