On November, 30, 2021, draft amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine in terms of decentralisation were publicized at the site of the Parliamentary committee on state authority organization, local self-government, regional and urban development.

Compared to the version of 2019, the text has been radically drafted and shortened, the terms have been specified.

The article clarifies the purpose of the draft, the main amendments involved, the unsolved issues remaining and the further procedure of making amendments.
