The list of services delivered by the ASC is a feature of its being appropriate. It is important for the list to contain the services, most demanded by both citizens and businesses.

The PROSTO Swedish-Ukrainian project announces a series of online-trainings on administrative services delivery, aimed at municipality representatives, establishing ASCs or willing to improve services delivery quality.

The trainings will be held on Zoom.
