Draft Law On Amending the Law of Ukraine On Local Self-Government in Ukraine, developed by the MinRegion, has been registered in the Verkhovna Rada with number  6479.

The bill defines:

• The legal regime of municipality common co- and common partial property;
• The notion of «management of municipality titled property», including one being jointly owned;
• The legal regime of property of communal enterprises, establishments and organisations

And established clear rules of:

• Managing municipality common ownership property;
• Cooperation between municipalities, rayon and oblast councils on rayon or oblast joint property management.
