The DECIDE Swiss-Ukrainian project is holding the webinar, entitled: “The internal investigation and imposing disciplinary liability: the essence of the interrelation” at 4 P.M. on January, 28, 2022.

During the webinar lawyers will highlight the available and potential grounds of imposing disciplinary liability and whether it must be preceded by the internal investigation. In addition, participants will get to know the repercussions of disciplinary liability measures and their types.
