The Association of Municipalities with support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme introduces a new initiative «Improving starostas’ professional standards and qualifications via experience exchange, trainings and a dialogue with the executive bodies».

12 online-trainings will be held for starostas from all over Ukraine. Starostas are being selected from the Sumy, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Kherson, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi and Chernihiv oblasts
