Local self-government bodies can get records of all tax payers’ income sources, - the State Taxation Service
According to the State Taxation Service, since January, 1, 2022, local self-government bodies can get records of income sources of all tax payers but not only legal entities as it used to be. Such records can be obtained upon the inquiry to the taxation bodies.
As a result, local self-government bodies have an opportunity to get more quality information which is necessary for planning budgets and monitoring their exercising.
