It is impossible to imagine a proper ASC, not delivering state civil registration, state real estate and business registration, as they are in citizens’ demand and are included in the list of obligatory services for ASCs, under the resolution by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 16.05.2014 № 523-а (amended).

Over 150 municipality representatives participated in the online-discussion of integrating the ASC services, mentioned above, that was organized by the Association of Municipalities jointly with the PROSTO Swedish-Ukrainian project.
