February, 9: a webinar on forming 2022 budget passports

At 2 P.M. on February, 9, 2022, the DECIDE Swiss-Ukrainian project is holding the webinar, entitled «Forming 2022 budget programme passports and compiling 2021 reports».

For some years local self-government bodies have been working in the budget process according to the programme targeted method, its peculiarities being the mid-term planning and realizing programmes under the task targeted method, with each programme assessment markers).

During the webinar Serhiy Yatskovskyi, a DECIDE expert, will highlight how to assess the programme «Ensuring general secondary education», the criteria for this and other programmes and where can a report be seen.
