February, 17: online-training “A local council session: what is the deputy’s role?”

It is often difficult for local deputies to unpack how a council session has to be held properly, who is responsible for what, what are the regulations and what do they mean in practice? At 3 P.M. on February, 17, the International Republican Institute invites local deputies and public servants to the online-training to help them understand the work details.

The coach, Borys Rusnak, an honoured lawyer of Ukraine, a local self-government expert with many- year experience at the local authorities.

The training will be held at the Zoom platform.
