At 10 A.M. on February, 21, the National Forum «Safe and Capable Municipalities of the Future» is starting. The event has been organized by the Administrative Office of the Council of the National Security and Defense of Ukraine and the Association of Ukrainian Towns.

The Forum participants will discuss complying with the decision by the Council of the National Security and Defense of Ukraine as of April, 15, 2021 On the State Regional Policy Measures, Supporting Decentralisation, put into operation with Decree №180/2021 by the President of Ukraine as of April, 29, 2021.
