Labour law in education and science during the martial law – clarifications by the Ministry of Education and Science

The Ministry of Education and Science has sent a clarification letter to heads of departments and educational establishments on the practice of applying the labour legislation in education and science under the circumstances of martial law.

For the sake of safety of all educational process participants during the martial law, the Ministry of Education and Science has recommended to announce vacation for at least two weeks at all educational establishments. During the vacation, labour of educational establishment employees must be paid under the incumbent legislation.
