President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi has given the Government the task of developing a special state programme, aimed at reconstructing each Ukrainian town or city, having suffered as a result of the russian invasion.

«The war being over with our victory, we will reconstruct everything having been destroyed. We will do it very quickly and qualitatively. A special state programme of reconstruction will be developed for each town or city, having been damaged. I have already assigned the Government with it», – claimed Volodymyr Zelenskyi in his address.
