During the war some Ukrainian settlements get temporarily occupied by russia. The legal panel of the Decentralisation Support Office at the MinRegion clarifies how heads and other employees of the local self-government, as well as local councils’ deputies should act neither to surrender themselves nor to betray their country, but to take all possible measures to provide their municipality residents with the basic vital services.
