On March, 22, 2022 Strasbourg (France) is hosting the 42-nd session of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe.

Within the session there will be held a debate on the situation in Ukraine at 4:30 P.M. AND THE Congress will approve of the institutional declaration.

The debate will involve the Minister of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Oleksiy Chernyshov, the mayor of Kyiv Vitalii Klychko and the mayor of Mykolaiv Oleksandr Senkevych.
