On March, 15, law of Ukraine № 2108-IX On Amending some Regulations of Ukraine on Criminal Liability for Collaboration as of 03.03.2022 came into force, envisaging criminal liability for actions, facilitating the armed aggression on the territory of Ukraine. The present article provides the definition of «collaborative activity» on behalf of public servants and officials, employees of communal enterprises, establishments and organisations or even ordinary municipality inhabitants.
