“Municipalities to municipalities” is the initiative of providing the target aid and aid for villages, settlements and towns the inhabitants of which need it most of all, introduced by local self-government bodies.

Municipalities of the western oblasts initiated providing the partners’ target humanitarian aid to local self-government bodies of the regions, suffering from the warfare, neighbouring the frontline and those where there are temporarily occupied territories.

In such a way, attempts are made to efficiently support municipalities.
