U-LEAD is assisting municipalities in adjusting to the martial law conditions

Under the martial law legislation is changing and getting adapted for the situation in Ukraine rather dynamically. There are some novelties in local funds, procurements, staff issues and labour payment. On March, 24, an online-consultation, dedicated to finance and personnel issues under the martial law, was held for the Vinnytsia and Zhytomyr oblast municipality experts.

The event was organized by the team of the Regional Office of U-LEAD with Europe in the Vinnytsia oblast. The article highlights all the changes at large.
