On March, 26, the Government adopted the resolution, amending the procedures and conditions of providing the education subvention and subventions, supporting persons with special educational needs.

The resolution was adopted to prevent financial violations and to support municipalities of Ukraine under the martial law.

According to the State Treasury of Ukraine, as of 01.01.2022 UAH 5, 6 billion of unused remnants of the education subvention (+UAH 334,7 million by 01.01.2021) have been accumulated at the local budget accounts, and UAH 204 million of the subvention, supporting persons with special educational needs.
