Local and regional authorities of the European democratic countries have to unite their efforts for the purpose of increasing the sanction pressure on russia, the aggressor country, and ensuring maximum international isolation of Russia for the purpose of stopping bloodshed. That was the call Deputy Minister of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Vyacheslav Nehoda addressed members of the Working Group of the Committee of the Regions of the EU, the meeting of which took place on March, 30.

«We have already conducted three rounds of the International Marathon «Global local self-government solidarity for the sake of welfare of people and the world» and seen great solidarity of the local self-government of Ukraine and EU countries. It must be used for our victory over the aggressor country, russia. The country has to be totally isolated from the world. Economic bleeding of the evil is sure to finally destroy it. All of us must do their utmost to stop the massacre of Ukrainian civilians, our infrastructure and economy destruction», - said Deputy Minister.
