American state of Mississippi recognized Khmelnytskyi oblast as a sister region
The authorities of the American state of Mississippi have decided to recognize Khmelnytskyi oblast as their sister region, this is the first such decision in the history of the United States, said Serhiy Hamaliy, head of the Khmelnytskyi Oblast Military Administration.
"I am grateful to the Governor of Mississippi for supporting our oblast and our country at such a difficult time," wrote Serhiy Hamaliy on his official telegram channel.
