Наказом Мінреінтеграції від 15 травня 2023 року №143 внесено зміни до Переліку територій, на яких ведуться (велися) бойові дії або тимчасово окупованих російською федерацією.
Вказаний Перелік був затверджений у грудні 2022 року та періодично оновлюється. На його основі, зокрема, внутрішньо переміщеним особам здійснюються виплати.
Зміни до нього вносяться за погодженням із Міністерством оборони на підставі пропозицій відповідних обласних, Київської міської військових адміністрацій.
