The Law redistributes expenditures of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (general state expenditures). In particular, the Law directs UAH 1.918 billion to finance new budget program entitled "subvention from the state budget to local budgets for assignation of privileges for communication services, other statutory privileges" and to compensate travel privileges for some categories of citizens (code 351250).

The Law was adopted in the wording of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Budget Affairs.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 4024.
