On 2 August 2016, there was advertised a competition to fill the vacancy of the coordinator and managers of the Project Office for Sectoral Decentralisation at the Ministry of Regional Development.

The Project Office for Sectoral Decentralisation is an independent non-governmental organisation established at the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine, with the assistance of the Expert Deployment for Governance and Economic Growth (EDGE) Project carried out by Agriteam Consulting Ltd.

The activities of the Project Office are aimed at the arrangement for and support to the process of formation of sectoral policy on decentralisation in the relevant ministries and agencies.

The competition will continue until 16 August 2016.

As it was reported, for the purposes of monitoring and promotion of the decentralisation reform, the Ministry of Regional Development initiated the establishment of the Project Office for Sectoral Decentralisation whose activities will cover approximately 12 sectors and will be carried out with the support of international donor organisations.
