In an interview to the “TSN.Tyzhden TV” show on “1+1” TV channel, the Chairperson of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman explained in detail, what the decentralization of power in Ukraine would mean.

It has Swiss trams with free Wi-Fi onboard, and taxi-bus drivers there cannot raise fares to stratospheric heights, as the amount of public transport in the city is sufficient. He also notes that Vinnytsia gives great opportunities for entrepreneurs as business there can be opened in just five minutes.
