A bridge between the two villages, LED lanterns, the best kindergarten in the oblast... Such advantages of decentralisation are shown by the Sokolivska amalgamated hromada in the Kirovohrad Oblast. It exists for about a year, but can already boast of the 15th place among Ukrainian hromadas in terms of financial strength.
