The draft State Budget for 2018 is developed with due account for the decentralisation process launched in 2014, and the Government stands for local government’s development. This was claimed by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman during A Question Time for the Government at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
"Decentralisation is included in the budget, and nobody is going to halt this process. The result achieved within the framework of the decentralisation process is our common success. Nobody will give anyone the right to destroy decentralisation. We have supported and will support local self-government and the decentralisation. I am as Prime Minister committed to the process of decentralisation and strengthening of local self-government in Ukraine," underscored Volodymyr Groysman.
