The samples of documents on elaboration of the Instruction on budget requests’ preparation were developed to assist the employees of the financial services of local self-government bodies, namely the newly established amalgamated hromadas. The materials are prepared by the Financial monitoring group experts of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion (with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe programme and SKL International), according to Yanina Kazyuk, the financial decentralisation coordinator.
